3. Tab Insulation
This insulation application is designed to go between your 16” or 24” on center rafters or studs and adds an 11 R-Value to your project. You get the same reflectivity, 97% of the radiant heat, and added insulation value as well.

I like this application best as it provides the needed air space and offers you a much cooler attic and home. The Low-E product designed for this application comes with taps to staple the insulation to the studs.

If you have a vaulted ceiling, and building new, have your contractor add this before installing the finished ceiling – you’ll be glad you did.
